It's coming....

Today was just a regular day. Woke up watched cartoons with the kids for a little while. Cuddled on the sofa cause it was a little chilly this morning. My mom went out with HER brother, yeah not my Uncle, just HER brother.. He has done too much to be considered apart of my family.. All this is a whole other post so let me just continue with my day.

My mom usually goes to get Ava cause her friend lives near Ava's school and she loves to walk, unlike her lazy daughter <----Me! But since she was out, me and the girls trooped it over there. I don't mind going, but Zoey gives me a hard time to hold my hand. She says "this is not a street".. But anyways I always take them to the store and get them chips and juice..

So with are little junk food picnic we went to the backyard and they swung and rode there bikes for a little while..

When we came up we had dinner and watched Alice and Wonderland...

Then my Mom comes home and HER brother comes up with her and I had words with him. I just can't get over how him and his nasty, rude, evil wife treat people. Ughhh like I said "Whole Other Post"!!!!!!! But it's coming soon.....

Change of plans...

So it was a nice day. Got the house back in order after the party. Then Lucy and Puti came by with breakfast. We made plans to have a movie night. I had Alice in Wonderland from the redbox. It's 1 dollar a night and I always end up keeping the movies for like a week..lol

Well anyways, I had a few errands to run. My camera was making a fun noise and I wanted to exchange it before the 30 days was up. I also had bought a pool for Zoey's birthday party, and what a royal pain in the arse to feel it up. So I brought it back to just exchange it for a different one...But nope they wouldn't take it back. So now I am stuck with it...

So the group comes over and were having coffee in the kitchen and Ny is complaining of blisters on her hands and feet. Then she continues to say that she even felt them in her mouth, and I had vaguely remember hearing it somewhere a hand, foot, mouth disease.. So of course ME always googling, I found it and sure enough it sounded just like it. So after telling them about it, they got a little worried and decided to take her to the ER and sure enough.. Dr. Laurie was right..lol But she is okay, Thank God, movie night not so much!

But there will be other nights!

Well the day turned out to be a very good time, DRY not so much.

Who has a picnic, where your serving hamburgers with a umbrella?!?! US..It poured down buckets and then there was even a tornado watch, which is kind of funny cause when she makes a mess in the house, I always say it looks like a tornado hit it.. Yeah, wont be using that saying anymore..

I would have taken pictures of the rain and everyone holding there umbrellas but my camera is not waterproof..lol But finally the sun showed up and it turned out pretty good. The kids went in the pool and had water gun fights.. They wrote on the driveway with chalk and played Frisbee for a while..I had sand art for them to do but it was so extra windy so they didn't get to do that.. They had a lot of fun and that is what matters the most.


My grill didn't turn on, still don't know why. But we ended up having to use the 1st floor neighbors grill. So we made burgers, hot dogs, pinchos and my 2 lifesavers came with some other yummys.. Lucy made a Huge tray of Rice and chicken and Puti made her famous potato salad. I so appreciate them doing that for me.
..I ordered a cupcake cake and it went pretty well, no cutting and overall way simpler then cutting cake!


Just have to throw this in there, when I bought the pool, curiosity got me and I had to open it. Couldn't get it back in the box so I just put it somewhere that I was hoping Zoey wouldn't see it..Well she did. So the kids kept telling her, NO thats not a pool and then she finds a paper on the table and says "OH yeah well whats this, its the constructions for the pool" (INSTRUCTIONS).. lmao tooooo cute!!!

Stayed Dry...

So today was my mother in law's cookout for there softball team. They were saying that there would be rain Saturday and Sunday....But they were wrong, hopefully tomorrow will be as lucky... turned out to be a really nice day...We took pictures and had some yummy food..




Towards the ending of it, I snuck off to get a few things for the party tomorrow....Got lots of toys for the kids to play with...Ordered the cake today too, I was gonna do pipi but they had a really awesome Tinkerbell cake...So waiting anxiously for tomorrow and hoping it goes good.

At this point I would take any maid... I am so tired of dusting and sweeping and vacuuming.... I need a maid!!

I did a lot today.. but do you know how hard it is to clean up when there are 3 kids right behind you messing it up. I feel like its a never ending cycle. I pick it up...and they throw it down. UghhhX200 or as I see all the time on FB.. sml

I just get so frustrated sometimes. I LOVE, LOVE my kids.. But I think everyone deserves a little break and I don't mean like go in my room for a little while and have to say over and over "go watch tv, please" I am trying to relax and have a little quiet time. Okay so maybe you say, why don't you have quiet time, when they go to sleep??? Ughhh maybe cause Zoey and Vae are party animals and could probably stay up later then me if I let them!!!!

Luis went fishing tonight and I just get so mad that he can go out and do his things and have time away from the screaming and fighting..I know that he does deserve it, he works hard for us and provides, but come on Mommy needs a break tooo.. OR I would settle for a maid =)

The *smell*

My husband is too funny.. He says that he can smell it.. That smell of the "big place" are get a way.. Take that ride to *ching.ching* as we call it.. He has been going up there to try is luck, and what do you know that he was lucky...two times he went back up there and came back 200 richer..Not a lot but it sure is gonna help with the party.. WTG baby. I guess he does better without me up there..lol

But he has to smell it..

I have yet to smell it, maybe when I do, Lady Laurie will have to go win BIG!

Rush around...

Got so many things to do and so little time.. Planning a cookout*slash*Zoey's birthday party..YES her birthday was last month but it was the end of the month and everyone had plans already and Luis had to work.. So we are doing it this Sunday..It's also my first cookout this summer so I am a little siked about it. Hmmm not sure if siked is the way you spell it, but I am sure you know what I mean...lol

Trying to get everything ready and I want it to be just perfect, just hope that mother nature helps me out with the perfection of the day. It's supposed to rain but I am hoping that she decides to change her mind like she did on Memorial day.

But we bought a canopy so even if a little raindrops fall we can just duck under there for a little bit. Now if it storms and doesn't stop. Plan B.. I have been getting my house straightened up, not my version of straight but the rub~your~finger and find NO dust straight.. The lots~of~people inspecting idea of straightened..See my idea of straight is, Toys on the floor and a little dust, NOT dirty, just uhh a little lived in ;p

We are gonna get a picnic table from Luis's job.. Excited about that and gonna get a little kiddie pool but hopefully big enough to fit "Big Mama" <----Me..Watch out for the big girl..Hope this turns out to be a great day...I am sure not the best planner of birthdays but got my list and checking it twice.. So hoping for the best and wishing for okayness..lol
