It was a pretty laid back day.. Luis woke up pretty early and the kids brought him his gifts to bed. Since it was so early he went back to bed for a little while longer. The rest of us all got ready for our day. When everyone was up and ready we went to Walmart first so that he could get his dad something, (yeah real last minute..lol)After that we went to his moms house she was having a cookout. When we got there though his mom was in her room, she was having a bad day, this is her 2nd father's day without her dad. So she was really sad, I felt so bad for her. My real father, I wasn't really close too, I just didn't get the chance to know him and my Stepfather was pretty awesome he was there for me through a lot as I was growing up and I LOVED him..But I still missed out on that real father/daughter connection. I didn't have the whole "daddy's girl" title and didn't get walked down the aisle at my wedding..

But that is why I love that my girls have there daddy and he truly is there world. They adore him and he adores them just the same. Zoey is the biggest "daddy's girl" here but they all love him SOO much. I never tell him this and actually there have been times that I made him feel quite the opposite but he really is #1DAD! He would give his life for any one of his kids and he is such a softy when it comes to them.

It makes my heart so happy that my girls have him. He kisses them goodnight and gives them piggyback rides to bed, he checks on them while they are sleeping and makes sure there covered. I don't think they realize how lucky they are yet, but I DO!

I know there was a reason he was the one to give me my babies and it's cause he is the best daddy for my girls! PLUS he has a shotgun so teenage years, I am pretty much off the hook...lol

Can't wait to see him walk them down the aisle..He may hold there hands for a few years but I know that he will hold there hearts forever...
